From the first meeting we had with the Hagakure team I realized that they had different things to offer us. I really liked their spontaneity and at the same time their passion for work from a humane point of view. During the "Diploma in the development of competencies for Hitachi leaders" I was able to confirmed this: these leadership sessions with Hagakure are not just "another'' leadership course. The Hagakure team is very professional. They helped us in a practical and direct way identify tools ranging from the emotional intelligence to the strategic thinking and planning.
